Although we approach design from an art-directed perspective, we still address function. We consider comfort, safety, material selection, and durability. Choosing and gathering materials, deciding what to emphasize, arranging and rearranging component parts, and coming up with a construction plan; all this and more becomes our design and production process.
We promise, on the hand the experience will be slick and smooth. All of our bracelets are gentle for the skin, 100% hypoallergenic and don't blacken or tarnish.
SIZE GUIDEFor proper sizing, we recommend using a soft measuring tape and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand or where you would like the bracelet to sit. Place your smallest finger between your wrist and the tape measure to allow for slack. We do recommend selecting the size/measurement closest to your wrist circumference when placing your smallest finger in between you wrist. If you are in between sizes, please select the smallest size.
The sizes below are circumference of your wrist. Please note: the wrist size is not the same as the length of a bracelet. Lengths will vary by closure designs and material.
MEDIUM is the most common men's wrist size (up to 7 ⅛" wrist size). If you happen to fall in between sizes, please select the smallest size.

Each order is hand picked and shipped within 2-3 business days from Los Angeles, California. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding all weekends and all holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox. You can track your order using our Elegatto Order Tracking Center.
All orders are shipped with tracking available. Free standard shipping is applied for U.S. orders over $50. Express shipping options are available for an additional fee at checkout.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 30 days using our Elegatto Return & Exchange center. Please send the return item(s) back to us within 7 business days. Items sent beyond this time frame will be processed for partial store credit. Orders that are not submitted for approval and are sent back to us will be refused and sent back to you.

Items in our Clearance Sale are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be allowed or accommodated for said items due to their deeply discounted price. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Mystery Boxes do not qualify for a refund and must be sent back in the completed set received. Items received in a Mystery Boxes cannot be sent back for individual exchanges.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we'll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
We are not offering an Extended Return Policy for any holidays. Returns can be submitted for approval within 30 days from the date of delivery using our Return Center. Thank you!

We currently ship to 180+ countries worldwide via USPS and UPS which may utilize local couriers for last mile delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and weight of a package at the checkout. Customs taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid.
