The Elegatto Care Plan gives you 365 days of peace of mind from the date of purchase. If your item has a manufacturing defect — a broken clasp, a faulty finish, a structural issue — we'll replace it. No receipts to dig up. No lengthy claims process.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Contact us at support@elegatto.com with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days
3. If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label to send the item back
4. Once received and inspected, we'll send your replacement within 2–3 business days
A physical return of the defective item is required to process all replacements. This allows us to inspect every claim and maintain the quality standard Elegatto is built on.

BRACELET SIZE GUIDE
Finding the perfect bracelet size is essential for function and style. At Elegatto, we know that a well fitted bracelet elevates your look, making it timeless and undeniably you. We’ll show you how to measure your wrist, understand bracelet sizes, and find the perfect piece.
Measure Your Wrist
- Start with a flexible tape measure, a strip of paper, or string.
- Wrap it around your wrist, just above the hand but below the wrist bone, where you normally wear your bracelet. Snug, but not tight.
- Mark the point where the ends meet, then measure that length.
- Write down your exact measurement, then reference our size chart to find your fit.

Measure Your Ring Size
- Start with a flexible tape measure, a strip of paper, or a piece of string.
- Wrap it around the base of your finger where you'd like the ring to sit. Ensure it's snug, but not too tight.
- Mark the point where the ends meet, then measure that length.
- Write down your exact measurement in millimeters, then consult the size chart below for your perfect fit.
- If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Materials & Care
Although we approach design from an art-directed perspective, we still address function. We consider comfort, safety, material selection, and durability. Choosing and gathering materials, deciding what to emphasize, arranging and rearranging component parts, and coming up with a construction plan; all this and more becomes our design and production process.
We promise, on the hand the experience will be slick and smooth. All of our bracelets are gentle for the skin, 100% hypoallergenic and don't blacken or tarnish.
Shipping
Order fulfillment is processed during standard operating hours, Monday-Friday.
Each product includes information on an estimated ship date (for example, “Estimated to ship May 15”). We kindly recommend checking this date when placing your order. In-stock styles typically ship out within 2–5 business days. Limited production pieces may ship out within 4–8 weeks. Your order will dispatch once all items in your order are ready. Tracking information is provided once your order dispatches.
We offer free shipping on domestic US orders over $50. Express options are also available at checkout.
International shipping is available to 180+ countries with regular postal service, all customs taxes and duties included in price.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Full-priced items can be refunded or exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery, accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be unworn and undamaged.
Returns are also accepted for selected sale products, with payment refunded as an Elegatto Store Credit.
Final Sale items, such as Clearance, Bundles, and Mystery Box purchases, cannot be returned.
Gift items can be exchanged for products of equal value.
Return requests must be authorized through our Return & Exchange system and sent back within seven (7) business days. Shipping costs and return label costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you meet the conditions of our Returns Policy before requesting approval and sending back your order.
