Return & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING

Enjoy complimentary USPS First Class (2-7 Days) shipping on all domestic US orders over $50. Delivery cost varies if selecting one of our express options that are available at checkout: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days) or UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Days).

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Your order will ship with the delivery method chosen at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. To check the status of your order, click “Track Order” at the lower left of the Elegatto.com website.

The shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If an item is exchanged, the shipping fee for the first delivery will not be refunded. You will not be charged a shipping fee for the second delivery except if a faster shipping method is requested.

Thanksgiving shipping cut off dates for US:

November 14th - USPS First Class Shipping (free shipping)

November 21st - USPS Priority Shipping

November 24th - UPS 2day shipping Cut Off Time


International Shipping

We extend standard local courier shipping to over 180 countries worldwide (7-14 days, subject to delay). Shipping fees are determined at the checkout stage, and any associated customs taxes, duties, or import charges are included in the cost of the order. If your country does not appear on the list of serviceable locations, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange on full-priced item(s) if returned in original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must be unworn and free from damage.

Returns are also accepted for selected sale products, with payment refunded as an Elegatto Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on Elegatto.com. Items labeled as Final Sale, such as Clearance, Bundles, and Mystery Box purchases are not eligible for returns. If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value.

Return requests must be authorized using our Return & Exchange system, and sent back with the pre-paid return labels. Please send the return item(s) back to us within seven (7) business days from the Return authorization date. Items sent beyond this time frame will not be accepted. The original shipping cost and the cost of a return label for a product return or exchange are non-refundable.

If you are unable or do not wish to use the pre-paid label service, you can then return your package by a carrier of your choice to the following address:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned and to return the goods by a registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. Elegatto is not responsible for items returned to us that are lost, damaged, misdirected, or delivered late.

We aim to process returns within 7 to 10 business days from delivery to our distribution center. You will be able to track the progress of your return on our website, and you will receive a confirmation email when complete.
