Enjoy complimentary shipping on all domestic US orders over $50. Delivery timelines vary based on the estimated ship date listed on each product page and the shipping method selected at checkout. Express options are available, including USPS Priority Mail (2–3 Days) and UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Days).

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during standard operating hours. Each product includes an estimated ship date (for example, “Estimated to ship May 15”). In-stock styles typically ship within 2–5 business days, while limited production pieces may ship within 4–8 weeks. Your order will ship using the delivery method selected at checkout once all items are ready. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. To check the status of your order, click “Track Order” at the lower left of the Elegatto.com website.

The shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If an item is exchanged, the shipping fee for the first delivery will not be refunded. You will not be charged a shipping fee for the second delivery except if a faster shipping method is requested. Cost of return label is a flat fee of $3.99.

International Shipping

We extend standard local courier shipping to over 180 countries worldwide (7-14 days, subject to delay). Shipping fees are determined at the checkout stage, and any associated customs taxes, duties, or import charges are included in the cost of the order.
