Wrap it around your wrist, just above the hand but below the wrist bone, where you normally wear your bracelet. Snug, but not tight.
Mark the point where the ends meet, then measure that length.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri, and shipped within 24-48 hours with tracking available. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International shipping is available to 180+ countries with standard and express options. Customs taxes and duties included. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Full-priced items can be refunded or exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery, accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be unworn and undamaged.

Returns are also accepted for selected sale products, with payment refunded as an Elegatto Store Credit.

Final Sale items, such as Clearance, Bundles, and Mystery Box purchases, cannot be returned.

Gift items can be exchanged for products of equal value.

Return requests must be authorized through our Return & Exchange system and sent back within seven (7) business days. Shipping costs and return label costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you meet the conditions of our Returns Policy before requesting approval and sending back your order.
