Finding the perfect bracelet size is essential for function and style. At Elegatto, we know that a well fitted bracelet elevates your look, making it timeless and undeniably you. We’ll show you how to measure your wrist, understand bracelet sizes, and find the perfect piece.

Measure Your Wrist

1. Start with a flexible tape measure, a strip of paper, or string.
2. Wrap it around your wrist, just above the hand but below the wrist bone, where you normally wear your bracelet. Snug, but not tight.
3. Mark the point where the ends meet, then measure that length.
4. Write down your exact measurement, then add 1-2 cm for your preferred fit.

1. Start with a flexible tape measure, a strip of paper, or a piece of string.
2. Wrap it around the base of your finger where you'd like the ring to sit. Ensure it's snug, but not too tight.
3. Mark the point where the ends meet, then measure that length.
4. Write down your exact measurement in millimeters, then consult the size chart below for your perfect fit.
5. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Full-priced items can be refunded or exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery, accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be unworn and undamaged.

Returns are also accepted for selected sale products, with payment refunded as an Elegatto Store Credit.

Final Sale items, such as Clearance, Bundles, and Mystery Box purchases, cannot be returned.

Gift items can be exchanged for products of equal value.

Return requests must be authorized through our Return & Exchange system and sent back within seven (7) business days. Shipping costs and return label costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you meet the conditions of our Returns Policy before requesting approval and sending back your order.
