SIZE GUIDEFor proper sizing, we recommend using a soft measuring tape and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand or where you would like the bracelet to sit. Place your smallest finger between your wrist and the tape measure to allow for slack. We do recommend selecting the size/measurement closest to your wrist circumference when placing your smallest finger in between you wrist. If you are in between sizes, please select the smallest size.
The sizes below refer to the circumference of your wrist only. Please note: the wrist size is not the same as the length of a bracelet. Lengths will vary by closure designs and material.
Medium size is the most popular, fitting a wrist of circumference of 16.6 to 18 cm. If you happen to fall in between sizes, please select the smallest size.

Returns & Exchanges
Full-priced items can be refunded or exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days of delivery, accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be unworn and undamaged.
Returns are also accepted for sale products, with a $7 per item restocking fee deducted from the refunded amount.
Final Sale items, such as Clearance, Bundles, and Mystery Box purchases, cannot be returned.
Gift items can be exchanged for products of equal value.
Return requests must be authorized through our Return & Exchange system and sent back within seven (7) business days. Shipping costs and return label costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you meet the conditions of our Returns Policy before requesting approval and sending back your order.
